Wizards of Waverly Place Episodes

Matt Goldman, author of Dingeltrot, served as co-executive producer and wrote six Wizards of Waverly Place episodes.

While continuing to pen Dingeltrot, Matt Goldman wrote six Wizards of Waverly Place episodes: The Supernatural, Alex’s Choice, Alex’s Brother Maximan, Alex’s Spring Fling, Alex in the Middle and he co-wrote Future Harper with the show’s executive producer, Peter Murrieta.   Matt Goldman also contributed to Wiztech and Saving Wiztech.  In total, he worked on 34 Wizards of Waverly Place episodes before returning to his roots in prime-time television comedy.

One of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written Matt Goldman was Alex’s Choice, where Gigi invites Alex and Harper to her annual tea party.  Alex tries to convince Harper not to go to because she learns that Gigi plans to embarrass Harper by crowning her the biggest loser.

Another of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written by him was Alex’s Brother Maximan where  Alex goes on her first date with Dean at the roller rink just as Justin comes and tells Alex that Max is trying to stop the deli robber. Alex must leave the roller rink to help Max which makes Dean upset.
Another of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written by the same author was Alex in the Middle where Jerry's zany brother, Kelbo Russo, visits. He shows the kids a different style of wizard training. Alex wants to make Kelbo her teacher.

Another of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written by the Goldman was Alex’s Spring Fling where Riley breaks up with Alex because she is jealous all the time. She plans to make him jealous and transforms a mannequin into a man.

Another of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written by him was The Supernatural where Justin uses magic to land a spot on the school's baseball team. Meanwhile, Alex tries to impress Riley by making him think she's the team's good luck charm.

Another of the Wizards of Waverly place episodes written by him with Peter Murrieta was Future Harper where the Russo kids discover that their lives are being written about in novels written by the author H.J. Darling.  They travel through the Inter-Wizard People Porter to confront her and learn that Ms. Darling is Harper from the future. Justin must then work to ensure that Alex remains friends with Harper to preserve the outcome of their futures.
